These lessons are individual and are meant to be taken at your own pace. We focus on safety and natural horsemanship, always wearing a helmet that is provided for your use. We build from the ground up and learn everything you need to know about being with horses, including groundwork, grooming, saddling, riding, and more. I want you to feel completely comfortable and confident before we move to the next level. Learning to work with horses should be fun, exciting, and satisfying; my goal is for this to be your experience at our farm.

Being with horses is a therapy all in itself, with benefits for adults and children alike. (It is my stimulant and my stress relief - nothing else has the ability to leave me feeling both calm and energized!) It is a wonderful way for a child to build confidence that can have effects far after they climb out of the saddle.
